PURPOSE:To extend the cycle life and improve the charge and discharge efficiency by using a composition material of a compound obtained by heat-treating a polymer compound having a double bond in the molecule and a diamino compound and a conducting polymer for at least one of electrodes. CONSTITUTION:At least one of electrodes is formed with a composition material made of a compound obtained by heat-treating a polymer compound having a double bond in the molecule and a diamino compound and a conducting polymer. The polymer compound just needs to have a double bond in the main chain or the side chain, natural rubber and polyisoprene or the like are used, for example. A compound having two amino groups or substitution amino groups in the molecule, e.g., hydrazine, is used for the diamino compound. The mixing ratio of the diamino compound against the polymer compound is set to 1wt.% or above and 10 times quantity or below. The heating temperature is set to 100 deg.C-300 deg.C. |
