<p>3-(4-(4"-Halogenobenzyloxy) phenoxy)propylphosphoryl-ethanola mines represented by the following general formula: (FORMULA) (wherein X represents a halogen atom), physiologically acceptable salts thereof, process for preparing them, uses, and medicinal compositions containing them. The compounds of this invention represented by the above general formula and physiologically acceptable salts thereof show excellent hypotensive action and renin-inhibiting action, and are useful as hypotensives. </p> |
