PURPOSE:To obtain a non-crystalline magnetic distortion motor which can adjust errors and dispersion of resonant frequencies of an oscillator by using non-crystalline magnetic-distortion materials having large magnetic distortion as a material for oscillators. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular stator 1 comprises an oscillator 7, one end of which is fixed to a support 5. A shaft 3 of a cylindiecal rotor 2 is supported on a bearing 4, and the non-fixed end of the stator 1 is line-contacted with the surface of the rotor 2, and both are compressed each other along the contact line by the action of a loading means 6 comprising a spring material and the like. The oscillator 7 is formed by a non-crystalline magnetic-distortion material 11, wherein ribbon-shaped non-crystalline thin plates which have a specified length and a large magnetic distortion constant and are made of F6-system materials are stacked by using insulating bonding agents and the like; by an exciting wire 12, which is wound around the non-crystalline magnetic-distortion material 11, as an exciting means; and by a bias winding 14 as a means for applying bias magnetic fields. In this constitution, resonant frequencies of the oscillator can be varied. |
