Compounds of the formula <CHEM> wherein R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl of 1-10 carbon atoms, ally, methylallyl, dimethylallyl, cycloalkylmethyl of 4-7 carbon atoms, 2-furanylmethyl, 2-tetrahydrofuranylmethyl, 2-thenylmethyl, 2-thienylethyl and phenylethyl which may be ring substituted with chloro, bromo, fluoro, methoxy or 1-3 carbon alkyl substituents; Y is H or R min ; R min is selected from the group consisting of alkyl of 1-4 carbons and alkanoyl of 1-12 carbons; R min is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxy and alkanoate of 1-4 carbons; n is 1 or 2; and a is a 6,7 double bond when n = 1, and a single bond when n = 2; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds.
