PURPOSE:To improve the Young's modulus of a diaphragm by using a caking substance and graphite powder. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm is made of a kneaded material of a caking substance and graphite powder; the graphite powder is oriented and the caking substance is carbonized or graphitized. In this case, the caking substance graphite powder are kneaded by mixing rollers 1 and kneaded diaphragm material 3 is rolled by rollers 2 to a constant thickness. In the process of rolling diaphragm material 3 in a sheet shape, the carbon powder is arrayed in parallel on the surface of the sheet, so that the Young's modulus of plate material 3 will remarkably be increased. |
