PURPOSE:To obtain flat characteristics over a broad band by preventing resonance between an acoustic space and air-permeable ear pad by forming the single acoustic space inside of an enclosure and then by arranging a diaphragm in the space. CONSTITUTION:In the enclosure of mass control type headphone 2, a single acoustic space is formed, where diaphragm 11 is arranged. As a result, any space is not formed independently in front of diaphragm 11 and resonance between the space and air-permeable ear pad 4 can effectively be prevented. Therefore, a peak in an intermediate band characteristic to a mass control type can effectively prevented and flat characteristics can be obtained over a broad band. |
