PURPOSE:To prevent a circuit from malfunctioning by generating a constant initialization pulse by a simple circuit by detecting a current flowing through a Zener diode deciding on a circuit operating voltage. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with constant-voltage circuit Q1 including Zener diode Z1 deciding on the operating voltage of an initialized circuit, transistor Q2 detecting a current through diode Z1, Q3 limited into a conduction or non-conduction state depending upon the existence of the current of diode Z1, time constant circuit C2R5 connected to its output terminal, and circuit Q4 which supplies an initialization pulse from its output terminal to initialized circuit EC. Consequently, this simple circuit generates the constant initialization pulse to prevent the circuit from malfunctioning. |
