<p>The fastener for cables has a head (1) with two depending lugs (2) between which the cable (B) is engaged. The lower ends of the lugs have respective resilient extensions (6) bent towards one another and upwards into position between the lugs. The extensions form a convergent entry (5) for the cable. The extensions have hinged flaps (8) at the free ends which receive the cable between them. The cable urges the flaps apart and causes their free ends to engage seats (9) provided at the respective lugs thus inhibiting withdrawal of the cable. The fastener is an integral moulding.</p> |
