PURPOSE:To processed wakame seaweed are added fish powder, miso, defatted milk, honey and flavors to make wakame seaweed jam with high nutritiousness, high taste. CONSTITUTION:Dried wakame seaweed is immersed in a mixture of edible vinegar and water at 7:3 ratio to reconstitute and drained, then boiled in a liquid mixture of leached liquid from Japanese apricot 4 : edible vinegar 3 : sweet sake 3, cut into pieces, drained completely or dried, further ground to a powder to prepare processed wakame W. To 8.5 parts of said processed wakame, are added 2.5 parts of boiled and powdered konbu K, 1.5 parts of fish powder G, 1.5 parts of defatted milk F, 6.5 parts of sugar S, 2 parts of white miso V, 2.5 parts of honey H, 3 parts of starch syrup M and 2 parts of ground sesame h to make the objective wakame seaweed jam Y. The jam Y is filled in tube vessel U and conveniently used. |
