GINSENG CRACKER AND THEIR PREPARATION

PURPOSE:To obtain crackers having a high nutritive value suiting everybody by heating a Ginseng root, and by freeze-drying it to eliminate the unique odor. CONSTITUTION:A Ginseng root is sliced, and heat-treated. The slices are then freeze-dried to give a thin dried product in the form of crackers (3-5mm thick) or chips (0.5-1mm thick). The product may be fried in oil.
