And the tension T between the stands is derived in the tension operation device 3, as the expression T=f(H.W.L.E.rho.y). In this case, H, W, L, E and rho mean thickness of plate, width of plate, distance between stands, Young's modulus and density. After that, the tension between the stands is controlled to the amied value by performing the operation 5 of the roll rotary speed variation amount by the deviation to the aimed tension, and controlling 6 the roll rotational frequency.</p> |
