PURPOSE:To obtain excellent working efficiency of the title ring saw so that it can be exchanged easily even if the edge of a blade is damaged or worn, by a method wherein a cutting blade constituted attachably and detachably is fixed to an external circumferential part of the ring to which a bevel gear gearing with a motor is provided integrally. CONSTITUTION:A gear 10 gearing with a bevel gear is formed in a circumferential state on one side of a ring 11. A stepped part 14 having an L-shaped sectional form is formed on an external circumferential side of the ring 11 so that its thickness is not changed even if a cutting blade 12 is screwed on to the same. On the other hand, a stepped part 15 fitting in with the stepped part 14 of the ring is formed also on the inner circumference of the attachable and detachable cutting blade 12 and the cutting blade 12 is screwed on to the ring 11 under a state where both the stepped parts are superposed upon each other. Since it is sufficient to exchange only the cutting blade by leaving gearing between a gear of the ring and the bevel gear of the motor as it is without removing the whole of the ring fixed to the frame with a guide wheel, exchange operation is simplified drastically. |
