PURPOSE:To prevent from a response lag of the fuel supply occurred when opening from the shutter valve fully closing condition with an engine provided independently with the primary and the secondary intake passage for respective cylinder and provided with a shutter valve on the primary intake passage of a part of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:This is configured that the primary intake passages 1, 2 and the secondary intake passages 3, 4 are provided independently for the cylinders 5, 6 respectively, providing a shutter valve 9 for the primary intake passages 1, 2 of a part of a cylinder, the valve 9 thereof being shutting a mixed gas admitted into a part of a cylinder by closing in idling period, and feeding the air into the secondary intake passages 3, 4 located at the valve 9 side when said valve 9 is closed permitting the engine to ignite the mixed gas in other remaining cylinders. For example, an air feeding port 11 is opened at the secondary throttle valve located at the secondary intake passage 3 of the first cylinder 5, with which an air feed passage 12 is connected, allowing to provide a change-over valve 13 so as to open/close in the middle of the passage 12 thereof for ensuring the said operation. |
