The rigid base (1) of the boat forms a stabilising chamber (3) with an opening at the bows (4) and an opening at the stern (5). When the boat is at rest, this chamber (3) is completely submerged and fills with water, which weighs the boat down and gives it stability. In contrast, when the boat is moving, its bow rises up, the opening (4) comes out of the water and the chamber (3) empties almost completely, so lightening the boat and restoring its good navigability. <IMAGE>
