Process for the preparation of new organotitanate chelates and their use

The new chelates correspond to the formula: <IMAGE> in which the R symbols represent hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyls, B represents an alkene (R)2C &ldurule& or the carbonyl group, A represents nonhydrolysable monovalent organic groups and n = 1 or 2. They are prepared by reaction of a tetra(lower alkyl)titanate with a compound <IMAGE> and 2 moles of a compound A-H. They can be used for facilitating the incorporation of particulate or fibrous inorganic materials in polymers, by mixing them, at temperatures below their decomposition temperature, with the said materials.
