<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to load a cassette case automatically by a simple constitution by pushing the cassette case from a vertical direction to a cassette case guide provided to one terminal of its loading surface. CONSTITUTION:The tolerance of carrier pallett 3 is previously checked and the height of tape loading-ejection part 1 is so adjusted that cassette case 20 will oppose right to one at the lowermost position. Next, although cassette case 20 comes in contact with the front surface of cassette tape recorder 2 through the operation of air cylinder 5, moving piece 6 moves as shown by arrow A being pushed since the pushing pressure of air cylinder 5 is strong enough. As a result, movable seat 13 is pushed up according to its own taper 13b and upper edge of cassette case 20 meets cassette guide 2b of cassette tape recorder 2 to be tested, so that cassette case 20 will stay at a correct position. In this way, the cassette case can be loaded smoothly and automatically.</p> |
