PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove easily dirt even if dirt is stuck to the surface by subjecting the surface of a carbon diaphragm to the coating processing. CONSTITUTION:Coating layer 2 is formed on the surface, namely, inside and outside faces of conical carbonized or graphitized diaphragm 1 by a coating material such as acrylic clear liquid. Coating is performed after the high-temperature processing for carbonization or graphitization; and in case that a voice coil is caused to adhere to the diaphragm manually, the coating processing mush be performed before the voice coil adhesion process. Though the adhesion work between the diaphragm and the voice coil is performed by an automatic machine, the coating processing must be performed before the assembling process in case that assembling to the speaker system is performed manually. |
