PURPOSE:Label printer in which a code setting portion is formed in a product name stamp, the product name stamp is attached and thereby the code is automatically fed, and in response to the feeding a setting of a unit price and its calling up are performed and the unit price can be printed on the label. CONSTITUTION:Code setting part in which code corresponding to the product name is formed in the product name stamp, a reader for automatically reading said code setting part is arranged in a holder of the product name stamp, a setting of the unit price and a reading of the unit price are performed in response to the code fed from the reader and at the same time the code set in said product name stamp is printed when the label is to be printed. Since a code exists between the product name stamp and the unit price, the unit price may easily be changed and if the stamp is connected to a classifying calculation means, a colating or checking in the classifying and the calculation may be performed easily. |
