PURPOSE:To provide the title alloy of a specified compsn. consisting of Cr, Co, Ti, V, and the balance Fe which alloy has superior magnetic characteristics and mechanical workability and can be manufactured stably and industrially. CONSTITUTION:This alloy consists of, by wt., Cr 17-45%, Co 3-35%, Ti 0.03- 10%, V 0.01-10% and the balance Fe essentially. This alloy has very superior hot and cold workability, and it can be soln.-heat-treated stably at a relatively low temp. In addn., it is excellent in magnetic characteristics such as Hc and Br. |
