<p>The slides are assembled by clamping between two sets of narrow strips (3, 5) of material to form a chain. The strips are fitted with a contact adhesive in the spaces between the slides so that a simple machine assembly of the chain is possible. The slides are held at the top and bottom edges. They can be fed through an automatic copying or projection equioment. The strips are simple enough to be fitted by machine.</p> |
