A sealing soln. for blocking holes made during a boring operation comprises a liquid compsn. consisting of 60 to 80 wt.% liquid hydrocarbon and 40 to 20 wt.% TiO2. The hydrocarbon is a petroleum product having an initial b.pt. of 200 degrees C to 230 degrees C and is botd. by treating a light oil fraction of crude oil having high purity with by a fractionating and distilling step. The TiO2 is anatase type having specific gravity 3.84 kg/m2 and rutile type having specific gravity 4.26 kg/m2.
