PURPOSE:To simply mold an irregular thickness inflation film by blowing specific flat cold air toward a thick molding part. CONSTITUTION:The separating size of a cooler 16 from the peripheral faces of bubbles B of nozzles 14, 15 and the height from a molding die 10 are adjusted corresponding to the width and thickness of a thick part to be molded and the material of a film, and it is secured to the adjusted position. Further, the diameters of the nozzles 14, 15 are adjusted. Then, this inflation molding apparatus A is operated, flat cold airs are blown from the diffusers 14a, 15a of the nozzles 14, 15 toward the thick molding part P of the bubble B of melted soft state immediately after it is extruded from the annular diffuser 11 of the die 10 horizontally to the peripheral face of the bubble B to form a locally cooled thick part. In this case, a flattened thick part P0 of a predetermined width is formed on the top face of the part P1. The parts P0 is molded as a pair of thick parts P0 in the radial direction of the bubble in a stripe state in the pulling direction of the bubble B without vibration. |
