A dispenser comprises a quadrilateral housing 1 and a cardboard box 22, which can be introduced therein, containing packs 23, which packs can be withdrawn piece- by-piece through a withdrawal opening 9 in the bottom of the dispenser. With a view to securing axial locking of the cardboard box 22 within the housing 1, the housing 1 and the cardboard box 22 are provided with interacting members 14, 41, the engagement of which can be released or triggered using a special tool 19 which can be introduced through corresponding holes 17, 18 in the housing 1. <IMAGE>
