PURPOSE:To keep high mass production and to reduce the dispersion in the performance, by manufacturing the oscillator through highly accurate flat straight line machining for the piezoelectric substance and performing circular machining for the alloy rod of constant elasticity bonding it. CONSTITUTION:The flat piezoelectric substance 1 is formed and polarization is made toward the lengthwise the flat plate plane. In this case, this polarization axis is within the plate plane. A pair of flat plates are bonded so that the direction of polarization is opposite and in parallel with each other, and after polishing the both planes as required, the electrode is attached with evaporation, and the width of a pair of flat plates bonded is accurately finished to constitute the diameter of the finally finished disc and lengthwise, it is accurately cut off to the final finished size to constitute the piezoelectric twisted oscillator of rectangular and flat shape. Further, by using the tool 4 consisting of two planes crossed orthogonally, the piezoelectric twisted oscillator of square flat plate shape is bonded with the constant elastic alloy rod 2, then since the size of the two sides of the oscillator is the same length as the diameter of the alloy rod 2, the center lines can be aligned. |
