PURPOSE:To make excellent the sound pressure characteristics and the phase characteristics and to make easy the manufacture of the cabinet, by making flat the vibration plate of each speaker unit of the multi-way speaker and locating it on the same plane buffle. CONSTITUTION:The flat vibration plates 5' and 6' are formed for the low tone speaker 1 and the high tone speaker 2 of multi-way, and the flat vibration plates 5' and 6' of the both speakers 1 and 2 are located on the same plane buffle of the cabinet 3 so that the center axis is aligned. Further, the provision of the flat vibration plates 5' and 6' reduces the movement backward of the position of the sound source when the frequency is high due to phase delay, the position difference between the speakers 1 and 2 at the crossover frequency is reduced, and sound pressure performance and phase performance can be made excellent without performing special processing for the cabinet 3. |
