PURPOSE:To facilitate the piping work of an automobile, by sub-assembling separate piping systems such as the brake and fuel pipes prior to placing on the assembly line. CONSTITUTION:Brake pipes 1, 1 and fuel pipes 2, 2 are formed at certain intervals by means of clips 3 into a pipe assembly A. The clip 3 is composed of two divisions 4, 5. The brake pipes 1 and fuel pipes 2 are set in concaves 10 of the second division 5 and concaves 9 of the first division 4 are set on the pipes 1, 2, a leg 6 being pressed into a hole 11 and fixed with wedges 8. The leg head 7 of the clip 3 is pressed into a fitting hole made on an automobile body. Thus the pipe assembly A can easily be set to the vehicle. |
