PURPOSE:To facilitate the inspection and servicing of car armoring apparatuses covered with a shielding plate by installing a shielding plate which covers, under a freight bed, the side surface of the car between front and rear wheels, on a rigid frame body fixed on the side part of the car and by opening and closing a part of this shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:On the rigid frame body 4 fixed on a car body, a shielding plate 7 fitted so as to cover the side surface of the car between front and rear wheels 2 and 3 under a freight bed, and by the shielding plate 7, the noise outside the car is effectively prevented, and the rolling-in of man and obstacles is prevented. On the other hand, when oil is supplied to a fuel tank shielded by the shielding plate 7 or armoring apparatuses are inspected and serviced, the link between the shielding plate 7 and the grame body 4 is released, and the shielding plate 7 is turned until the horizontal position, having the guide stay 4b of the frame body 4 as a supporting shaft, and after that, the shielding plate 7 is stored between the base wall of the freight bed and the fuide stay 4b, and oil feeding and inspection and servicing are performed easily from the front of the frame body 4 opened. |
