The logic circuit is controlled with a fluid and built up of modular units. Freely programmable control systems can be built up for working and prodn. programmes of a wide variety. Required quantities of data can be processed in series as well as in parallel in any arbitrary sequence. It is possible to build up synchronous counters operated with purely pneumatic or hydraulic means. A valve arrangement has four planes. A locking plane (1) is formed for opening and closing of the control system's input and output in cyclic manner. A second plane (2) forms a valve with a storage for optional setting of both possible positions. A third cycle independent command plane is provided and the fourth plane is used as a command reception plane designed as an intermediate storage with two stable positions.
