The viewer uses a spool containing a pile (1) of prints with one side (11) of the spool contacting the side edge of this pile (1). This side (11) of the spool at least in the area adjacent the top of the pile (1) forms an acute angle (alpha) with the surface of the top print (13). The side (11) has an extension at one or more points or along the full width of the pile just up to the edge of the bottom sheet. A separation stop may be located at a given distance from this extension, so that the edge of the top print (13) can be received between them, to allow it to be separated from the rest of the pile, with the print then transported parallel to its surface to a viewing station. |
