PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy kana (Japanese syllabary)-Chinese character conversion with supply of the kana and Chinese character additional information, thus ensuring an economical calibration for the file of the sentence containing the Chinese characters. CONSTITUTION:The keyboard part consists of kana keyboard 1 and pattern keyboard 2. And keyboard 2 contains pattern key 2A for the Chinese character additional information expressing the features of the Chinese characters, address key 2B, Engligh/figure key 2C, katakana (square form of kana) key 2D, shift key 2E and partition key 2F each. For the calibration, the calibrated file is read out from file unit 9 by the indication of control part 4 and then converted into the ordinary sentence containing the Chinese characters via kana-Chinese character conversion part 7 and Chinese character dictionary file 8 to be displayed at display unit 5. The calibration input is carried out through the kana and Chinese character additional information and stored in the form as it is within file unit 9. |
