PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in winding operation, by forming layer insulation and end insulation parts in parallel to the turns of a conducting wire by using two insulating tapes. CONSTITUTION:The winding machine is constructed of system a, which consists of a drive system consisting of drive unit 7 and take-up shaft 8, wire guide 10 directly connected to drive unit 7 via supply shaft 9 fitted with a screw on its outer surface, position detector 11, which detects the position of wire guide 10, and coil drum shifting device 13, which moves following wire guide 10 directly connected to supply shaft 9; and system b, which consists of servo motor 15b, which drives tape quide 14b, supply shaft 16b fitted with a screw on its outer side, and position detector 17b, which detects the position of tape quide 14b. Insulating tape 6a is operated by tape guide 14a, and insulating tape 6b by tape guide 14b. |
