PURPOSE:To prevent the anode from crack or shake, with a workability improved when forming, by such means that, with a specific amount of aqueous solution of water soluble acrylate resin blended to silver suboxide powder to mix pulverizing, a compression forming be processed after drying the above. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution 2 of water soluble acrylate resin is blended to a silver suboxide power 1 so as to provide a resin content of 0.5-3% by weight after being dried, with a pulverizing mixing made to obtain a particle diameter of about 2-5mu by the method of mixing of fulminating, ball mill, etc., subsequently with a heating and drying processed at about 60-85 deg.C to make into a molded material 3, this is pressurized and compressed in a mold frame 4 to construct an anode 5. For the water soluble acrylate resin, is used a material with acrylic constructional part of copolymer, between, for instance, acrylic acids and ethylene, made into an alkaline metallic salt and the like. In such process, the active material particle surface is made into a wet condition with its fluidity improved, and a quantity scaling workability or formablity at the time of molding is improved, thus the anode can be provided without crack or shake. |
