<p>The FM receiver accepts three signals of different frequencies with the same frequency modulation. The circuitry contains a bandpass filter, a limiter, an FM discriminator and a second bandpass filter in that order. The lower cutoff frequency if chosen so that the effect of varying reception conditions on the working point of the FM discriminator is suppressed. The distance between carrier waves is chosen to minimise noise.</p> |
