PURPOSE:To always hold and fix the center of the workpiece material and firmly hold the material during the grind process by providing the vertically-slidable block to press and fix the workpiece material on the bed between the fixed vice and the movable vice. CONSTITUTION:The supporting plate 19 with the lifting device 25 is slidably provided on the top surfaces of the fixed vice 5 and the movable vice 7 of the horizontal band sawing machine for instance, and the slidable pressing plate 53 to which the material fixing block 55 is incorporately provided is horizontally mounted on the front piston 35 of the device 25 along the back surface side wall on the other side of the workpiece material processing surface side X of the vices 7, 5. Also, the middle vice 71 of which width and hight are adjustable is provided on the bed 3 between the vices 5, 7. Therefore, as the bundled workpiece material 61 are pressed and fixed at almost the center of the bundle, the cutting work can be always smooth. |
