PURPOSE:To obtain molded product with clearly printed thereon by forming relief pattern on the inner circumference wall of cavity, while the printing ink is being applied on either of the concaved or convexed surface thereof, inserting a part of the core into the cavity, and synthetic resin is injected into for molding. CONSTITUTION:Cavity liner 2 having relief pattern 3 consisting of the concaved surface a and the convexed surface b, is inserted into the bottom of the cavity 1, and the relief pattern 3 is exposed at the bottom of the cavity 1. By the ink pad 4 containing ink, printing ink 5 is applied on the conyexed surface b followed by the insertion of the bottom part of the core 6 into the caivity 1, which means that the cavity 1 is closed and sealed by the core 6. Molten synthetic resin is injected into the cavity 1 from the gate 7 of the core 6, cooled then, and thus the pattern printed molded product 9 having relief pattern 8 on its top and the printing ink 5 adhered on its concaved surface C is obtained. |
