<p>PURPOSE:To simplify work, to reduce processes in number and also to improve work precision by forming the circumferential surface of a fitting board to a lower drum nearly in the same shape as a tape sliding surface and then by fixing upper and lower drums by drum support bodies. CONSTITUTION:As for the upper edge shape of tape lead part 11, a sharp curve part is made from bevel 11b in the opposite direction to a tape run and from bevel 11c and is formed connecting to a straight line forming narrow part 14 with width (d4) in parallel to the lower edge near fitting part F of fitting plate 4 of lower drum 2; and this is contained inside of the lower edge part of fitting plate 4 corresponding to narrow part 14 and notch concavity 13 with an opening down is formed, but at this time, width (d4) is greately reduced so that the contact surface between fitting plate 4 and tape sliding surface 2a of lower drum 2 occupies almost all of width (d2). Then, sliding contact surfaces 1a and 2a of upper and lower drums are fixed to fitting plate 4 with narrow part 14 in concavity 13. Consequently, work processes can be reduced in number.</p> |
