PURPOSE:To communicate respective still picture and quasi-moving picture through one communication channel between plural points with respective timings by transmitting an above-mentioned video signal by means of a vertical synchronizing signal deleting means with the timing to be specified beforehand. CONSTITUTION:The title system is equipped with a transmitting part 1 and a receiving part 2 to be arranged at two separate points. A vertical synchronizing signal deleting circuit 12 deletes a synchronizing signal in a vertical fly-back period contained in a television signal. In such a way, the video signal not to contain the synchronizing signal in the vertical fly-back period is transmitted and received between two points of the transmitting part 1 and receiving part 2 by the timing to be specified beforehand. Consequently, in the communication channel to transmit the video signal, the other video signal not to contain the synchronizing signal in the vertical fly-back period can be transmitted and received through the communication channel between the other two points by shifting the timing in the period in which the timing is shifted. Thus, a multi-connection can be executed. |
