PURPOSE:To plan to miniaturize an incinerating furnace by giving a reversed conical shape to the structure of the furance body while to eliminate clogging of refuse upon being thrown by providing a rotatable throwing hopper above a stoker. CONSTITUTION:A reversed corn-shaped stoker 10 is constituted with an array of roosters consisting of a plurality of circular plate-shaped roosters 12 arranged in parallel in transversal direction with vertical distnaces between stepwise rooster plates. A circular refuse throwing hopper 42, consisting of an inner cylinder 38 and an outer cylinder 40 provided around the inner cylinder 38 at a predetermined distance therefrom, is equipped continuously above the stoker 10. The outer clyinder 40 is rotatably provided above a circular body 18 constituting an air duct 16 and is contacted therewith, while the inner cylinder 38 is fixed and forming, at the central portion thereof, a duct 44 for exhausted gas and an air preheating chamber 46 around the outer peripheral portion of the duct 44, and further, a duct 50 sending the hot air from the air preheating chamber 46 into the air duct 16 is provided. |
