摘要 PURPOSE:To constitute gate electrodes by in total three kinds of electrodes, that is, one kind of electrically independent long and thin electrodes, and two kinds of laterally thick electrodes thereby to facilitate the inversion of the transfer direction and the bending thereof to increase the utilization ratio of the area of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The gate electrodes are all formed into a rectangular shape and constituted by three kinds. That is, a first electrode group 11a-11c is constituted electrodes each having a long side the length of which is slightly longer than the width of a load transfer region between long load weirs 1 and 2 and a short side made parallel to the long load weir, said group being connected to a bus bar 101. Second and third gate electrode groups of gate electrodes 12a-12c and 13a-13c each of which has a short side the length of which is substantially half of the width of the transfer region and a long side made parallel to the long load weirs 1 and 2. Among these electrodes, the electrodes 12a-12c are connected to the bus bar 102 and the electrodes 13a-13c are connected to the bus bar 103. By this measure, the load is transferred in a direction indicated by a in zigzag manner, and the load guide region ordinarily provided becomes unnecessary.
