PURPOSE:To obtain a lining steel pipe with a greater adhesion between inner and outer pipes by blowing air of a specific pressure into the pipe, both ends of which are closed, after a vinyl chrolide pipe is pressed into the steel pipe and is heated at a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:The vinyl chrolide pipe B, O.D. of which is slightly less than I.D. of the steel pipe and the outer surface of which is coated with adhesive, is inserted into the steel pipe A the inner face of which is coated with adhesive. Next, it is heated at 90-130 deg.C to expand the inner pipe B, both ends of the pipes A, B are closed, air of 5-10kg/m<2> is pressed into the pipe B for several seconds, and the lining pipe is cooled. For example, adhesive is poured into the turning pipe A to coat the whole inner face with the adhesive. The outer surface of vinyl chrolide pipe B is coated with adhesive, the pipe B is inserted into the pipe A and both are heated in the furnace at 100 deg.C. Both ends of the pipe are closed and air of 5- 10kg/m<2> is pressed into the pipe for 5-30 seconds. |
