<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the transportation and arrangement of large size, heavy weight catalytic layer blocks so as to fully develop their inherent catalytic function. CONSTITUTION:The block suspender 17 transfers a catalyst block 7 from the hatch 13 into the duct D. The truck 8 is easy to move by a worker pulling the rope because the bottom of the block 7 is located above the top face 14' of the catalyst support beam 14. When the block 7 is reached to the desired position, the table 7 is gradually lowered, so that the block 7 is mounted on the catalyst support beam 14, making space between the face of the table 9 and the bottom of the block 7. This makes the truck 8 free to move, which is then moved back to the original position to hang up the block 7, by the rope 11 at the opposite side. The process is repeated to form catalyst layers, through which waste gas G passes for its nitrification to be performed.</p> |
