PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the dispersion in the frequency versus temperature of the piezoelectric thin film drive diapason type metal oscillator, by making agreement the lengthwise the leg of the diapason of the oscillator with the direction of roll of material. CONSTITUTION:The oscillator 5 of the diapason type oscillator made of constant elastic material such as elinvar is provided with the piezoelectric thin film 5a and the electrode film 5b made of ZnO, lead is picked up from the lead ends 6a and 6b, and the inside is coated with the harmetic glass 7, metal external ring 8 and cop 9. By making agreement the lengthwise the leg of the diapason of the oscillator 5 with the direction of roll of the material, the dispersion in the frequency versus temperature characteristics of the oscillator 5 of piezoelectric thin film drive type can be reduced. |
