PURPOSE:To enable to adjust the resonant frequency of metal diapason type oscillator with a simple method, by suitably selecting the arm distance of the tip of arm of the diapason of oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The metal diapason type oscillator is made of elinver, piezoelectric thin film 2 is made of ZnO, and the oscillator 1 is oscillated. Further, the electrode 2a is formed on the thin film 2, and the lead 3 is picked up from the base and the lead 4 is from the terminal of the electrode 4. Desired resonant frequency can be obtained by suitably selecting the arm distance at the tip of the arm of diapason of the oscillator 1. Accordingly, the resonant frequency of the metal diapason type oscillator can be adjusted with a simple method. |
