<p>Yoghourt cartons manufactured by thermoforming the walls and the top in one piece, pref. with plug-forming assistance, and, after filling, adding a prefabricated base as a snap fit or a spin-welding or other sealing techniques. The top is pref. moulded with an annular thin-wall zone (made by local) pressure from the plug) or a tear-off rib. Requires much simpler tools than processes with collapsing plugs or split moulds for moulding narrow mouth containers with an integral base.</p> |
