<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can permit stable screen printing and peeling of an etching resist by washing and is improved in productivity, acid resistance and alkali resistance, by mixing a specified composition with a photosensitizer and an inorganic powder. CONSTITUTION:A composition is obtained by mixing 20-80pts.wt. liquid oligoester acrylate (A) with 80-20pts.wt. resin component (B) soluble in component A and 1,1,1-trichloroethane and insoluble in an aqueous NaOH solution (e.g., methyl acrylate/glycidyl methacrylate copolymer). 100pts.wt. this composition is mixed with 0.3-6pts.wt. photosensitizer (C) (e.g., benzil dimethyl ketal) and 10-100pts.wt. inorganic powder (D) (e.g., talc).</p> |
