<p>The apparatus for automatically changing records comprises a rotary store (3) rotating about a tube (2) which is inclined at about 45 with respect to the horizontal plane. The tube (2) carries a housing (4) containing a control mechanism to pull out a record (5) from the store (3) by means of a lever (18) and to bring it to its reading position (51). This control mechanism also provides for the setting into position and the withdrawal of a pickup arm (20). Owing to this inclined arrangement of the store (3), the overall dimensions in depth and height are less than in known apparatus. </p> |
