Mfr. of bulked woven fabric used e.g. as dust filter - using three warp systems with one as a non-bonded inner layer

In the mfr. of a bulked woven fabric, for dust filter and other applications, there are three warp and two weft systems. One of the warp sets is used as an unbonded intermediate yarn layer. The ratio of bonded to unbonded yarns in the fabric structure is 1:1. High capillary low-twist and/or untwisted texturised rayon is pref. for the warp and weft yarns. The fabric provides good permeability and solids retention, with low material consumption and can also be used in garments to give permeability and warmth retention. Pref. the bulked fabric structure has a strong weft worked into it.
