The outflow valve has a rotary grip, a return flow prevention device, and a hose ventilator. It has a round stepped body and grip, the return flow stop comprising a cone and guide vane fitted in the hose connection part. An overflow chamber is formed through the staging of body and grip and is sealed with rings which, when the grip is turned in the thread, cause cross holes to be covered, the throughflow to be throttled, and a seal against a further ring to be effected.
