Milk processing system - by separate treatment of skimmed milk with low and cream with high germ count

In a process to produce milk with a low germ count and a set fant content, the raw milk is stored, or revolved around a vertical axis to separate a high-fat cream from a low-fat skimmed milk. The two parts are separately treated subsequently. This causes a minimum change in the raw milk properties but adjusts the fat content to the desired figure and the germ count to a minimum.
