<p>A method and apparatus for playing a game by posing a question (18) to a player to elicit one of several possible responses (20), each of the possible responses (20) having an answer value of the selected answer determining the players change of position (4) in the game. The questions presented may relate a dream and its context, and require the player to select one of several possible interpretations. His playing position is adjusted in proportion to the accuracy of the selected interpretation. The questions (18) presented may be broken into subsets (19), each subset comprising questions of comparable difficulty. The subset (19) from which the question for that playing turn will be taken may be determined in such manner that the likelihood of selecting a subset with questions of higher difficulty is smaller than the likelihood of selecting a subset with questions of lower difficulty. </p> |
